INSPECTION
At Storm Restoration & Roof Repairs, we understand that your roof is a critical part of your home that requires regular maintenance to ensure long-term protection and performance.
At our initial inspection we look at the integrity of the roof, looking for unsealed overlaps and penetrations, damaged screw washers, rusted roofing screws or roof sheets.
We will also look for damaged or cracked ridge caps, blocked weep holes if any at all, broken or siliconed tiles. Along with any other damage to your roof.
ANTI-MOULD & STERILISATION
On stubborn dirty roofs, a product called high clean is applied.
This product sterilises the roof, kills mould and helps it release from the surface.
The product takes about 15 minutes for it to take effect.
It is combined with the high pressure washer for best chance of paint adhesion.
HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING AND GUTTER CLEANING
There are a few different ways to clean a roof, depending on the substrate.
For cleaning a common roof, we start out with a rotary cleaner to clean large surface areas quickly, whilst preventing leaks and water damage to your home.
Once the initial clean with the rotary is complete, we switch to the turbo lance to remove more stubborn dirt or grime.
Finally, we switch over to the rinse down lance where we rinse off all of the dirt and grime down into the gutter. Once that's done, we then start rinsing out your gutters themselves - clearing them of any dirt or leaf debris that may have accumulated.
ROOF REPAIR

The roof membrane becomes slick when wet, and allows rain to help wash away any settled debris. Consequently, your roof will stay cleaner for a longer period of time.
Our roof membrane is eco-friendly and safe for the environment; it does not have harmful chemicals. It can be cleaned up with water.
It is also safe to collect rainwater from the roof after the first wash or rainfall.
Roof Protect 20 Year Warranty Coating
The Roof Protect 20 year warranty coating is a roof membrane made with the highest quality 100% acrylic emulsion, boosted with extra UV Stabiliser’s designed to make it the market’s superior membrane.
The roof membrane becomes slick when wet, and allows rain to help wash away any settled debris. Consequently, your roof will stay cleaner for a longer period of time.

Roof Protect Thermal Heat Reflective is manufactured using a 100% pure acrylic emulsion with a high surface tension (TG).
